I’m not knocking sites like these, because I feel they are a good option for those that are new to the writing industry and need to earn a little cash. They are especially beneficial to the typical college student.
The problem is; these low paying article sites will not make you rich. Selling your own content is what will get you money. This is the straight truth; these writing sites, such as Associated Content, are worth millions of dollars.
If they wanted to, they could pay their writers $10 per article or more. Instead, they rather dish out $2 per article, which is a shame because they are making at least $20-$50 from that same article you wrote. No wonder sites like these are worth millions of dollars!
